Each month, I will offer a theme related to cultivating heartfulness, which is the integration of mindfulness and compassion into our daily lives, a way of engaging with the world with loving awareness.
Each session will begin with a brief check-in, a brief talk introducing the theme, a 25-30 minute guided meditation, and then time to share or ask questions.
This is an opportunity to deepen your meditation and mindfulness practice and connect with others along this path of inner growth and healing. People can participate at their comfort level.
Meditations will recorded and shared to those who attended along with a follow-up email offering resources and support to integrating the theme and practice into daily life.
This group is offered freely. However, donation to my work is welcome anytime. Your generosity allows me to make these offerings accessible to everyone regardless of financial situation.
