
A Wisdom Walk is a walk outdoors with the purpose of connecting my heart, body and mind through movement, nature (even on city streets), and deep listening. To support this connection, I often listen to a podcast or audible book that will likely grow my inner wisdom. Other times, I walk in silence and let nature be my muse.
Wisdom Walks are a way to learn about our relationship to experience as we walk through the world. I am always amazed at the insight gleaned from these walks. I do not have expectations of what might arise. It is a practice of opening and listening.
