meditator – teacher – mentor – writer
For almost 5 years now I have been writing a daily intention/aspiration at the end of my morning meditation. The meditation experience would inspire how I wanted to guide my engagement with life each day. I thought it might be fun to use the haiku format. Here is what happened over a series of 8 days. May it inspire you! (And yes, I know, I have a long way to go to becoming a haiku master:))
